Starting in 2025, annual membership fees have increased: homeowner fees are now $450, and optional amenities fees are $175  Payment is due April 1, 2025.  Homeowners making payments after April 30 will be assessed a late fee of $45.   Amenities will be turned off if payment is not received by April 30, 2025 and can be restored once payment is received.

Homeowner and amenities fees can be paid in the following ways:

1. Mail a check to HTAOA, PO Box 70931, Marietta, GA 30007.  Include the owner's name, Heritage Trace property address, and phone number. You may also bring your check to the annual meeting.

2. Pay by Zelle: send payments to heritagetrace@gmail.com. Please note the Heritage Trace address with your payment in the memo/note field.

3. As a convenience, you can also pay online by credit/debit card or ACH transfer.  Fees listed on the payment screen include a small processing fee. Click here to pay online.
